Read and interesting article on the ERP scene twenty years back at ZDnet. It was nice to read the how the ERP space has evolved from the Green screens to the present day Cloud / SaaS.
It clearly describes how PeopleSoft had brought in a difference in the early 90s with its Client-Server architecture. And how the HR application was a trendsetter.
