How do you create an App Engine that can do set processing? Given a chance would you choose set processing over row-by-row processing? Why?

    Set processing can achieved by using SQLs to do bulk insert or update,using temporary tables.Set processing enhance the performance of the app engine thus it should be choose over row by row processing.
