How would you make an Audit Record to audit important changes in a record? What are the prerequisites for a record to be used as an Audit Record?

    first create record with 3 fields mandatory.They are
    along with there 3 field which fields u want to audit, such fields also included in Audit record
    Next save this audit record. Give this audit record to record field properties.

    Ex: suppose if u changed any salary value in particular field it will show like this
    operator ID, Action (Add/subtract etc), Time & Date Prv salary value and Modified salary value.
